TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Cyber Mech ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cyber Mech ("we," "us," or "our").

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. LICENSE TO USE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or hacks to interact with the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its connected services

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All purchases are processed and billed by Apple through your Apple ID account.
  • The "Remove Ads" purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes advertisements from the App.
  • You may restore previous purchases at any time from the App's Settings screen.
  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

5. VIRTUAL ITEMS & IN-GAME CURRENCY

The App includes virtual items such as chips, skins, jetpacks, and laser styles. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency. Virtual items are earned through gameplay and are stored locally on your device. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove virtual items at any time as part of game updates or balancing.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads are entirely voluntary — you choose whether to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards. Ad display and tracking are subject to your consent choices (see our Privacy Policy). You may remove all advertisements by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option.

7. GAME CENTER & LEADERBOARDS

The App integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We reserve the right to remove scores or achievements that were obtained through cheating, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, artwork, animations, music, sound effects, text, UI design, and code — is owned by Cyber Mech or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.

9. USER CONDUCT

When using the App, including any feedback or support features, you agree not to:

  • Submit abusive, offensive, or harmful content through the feedback form
  • Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game data
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Mech and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of game progress, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
